Job summary

Sip Sip Indonesia in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to be the right hand of our Operations Lead at the new venue. You'll be involved from pre-opening—helping set up systems, train the team, and build the culture from day one.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, not just a title. You will lead daily floor operations across cafe and bar service, manage scheduling, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in F&B or hospitality
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to lead by example on the floor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations across café and bar service, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent standards
• Support the Operations Lead in team scheduling, manpower planning, and performance management
• Train and develop team members across service standards, product knowledge, and SOPs
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and daily operational readiness
• Act as the senior decision-maker on the floor in the Operations Lead's absence
• Monitor sales, labour, and cost performance and flag issues proactively
• Contribute to creating a guest-focused culture where every visit feels intentional
