Job summary

SIP SIP PTE. LTD. is seeking Bartender/All-Rounders to join the opening evening team in Singapore. You’ll be behind the bar, on the floor, and anywhere else the night needs you, helping set the tone for the bar’s culture from day one.

We value friendly, present individuals who can read a room, stay calm under pressure, and contribute as reliable team players. This role offers flexible scheduling and real opportunities to grow with a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bar or F&B experience.
• Familiar with a drinks menu and bar operations.
• Friendly, present, and able to read a room; reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve cocktails, wine, and drinks to a high and consistent standard.
• Run the floor: take orders, serve food, maintain energy.
• Set up the bar for service and close down after the shift.
• Keep space clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Engage with guests to ensure every table leaves happy.
• Support the team with any needs during the shift.

About Us

We are an all-day café and bar concept with a growing presence in Singapore. Specialty coffee and food by day, cocktails and wine by night. We're expanding and building our opening team for a new venue. If you want to be part of something from the ground up, this is your moment.

The Role

We're looking for Bartender/ All-Rounders to join our opening evening team. You'll be behind the bar, on the floor, and wherever else the night needs you. As part of the opening team you'll help set the tone for what the bar becomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve cocktails, wine, and drinks to a high and consistent standard
• Run the floor — taking orders, serving food, keeping the energy right
• Set up the bar for service and close down at the end of the night
• Keep the space clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the shift
• Engage with guests and make sure every table leaves happy
• Support the team across whatever needs doing

Who YouAre

• 1 to 2 years of bar orF&B experience
• Comfortable in a bar environment and familiar with a drinks menu
• Good with people —friendly, present, and able to read a room
• Reliable and a team player
• You move well under pressure and keep your cool on a busy night
