Job summary

Sip Sip Indonesia is opening a new venue in Singapore and seeks a Senior Bartender to anchor the bar programme from day one. You will mentor the bar team, ensure cocktail and drinks quality, and help build a standout bar culture.

You'll lead by example in a fast-paced evening environment, contribute to menu development, manage inventory, and ensure hygiene and service standards are maintained. This is a hands-on role with growth potential within a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience with at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Leads by example and uplifts the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Lead and mentor junior bar staff and all-rounders on technique, product knowledge, and service.
• Support bar menu development, seasonal specials, and new product introductions.
• Manage bar inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene compliance.
• Contribute to creating a bar atmosphere that guests want to return to.
• Support opening and closing procedures and end-of-night reconciliation.

We are an all-day café and bar concept with a growing presence in Singapore.Specialty coffee and food by day, cocktails and wine by night. We're expanding and building our opening team for a new venue. If you want to be part of something from the ground up, this is your moment.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Bartender to anchor our bar programme at the new venue.You'll be responsible for the quality and consistency of our cocktail and drinks service, mentoring the bar team, and helping build a bar culture worth talking about.

• Creative enough to contribute to the menu, disciplined enough to execute it consistently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced evening environment
• Knowledge of Singapore's bar scene and existing industry relationships is a plus
