Job summary

SIP SIP PTE. LTD. is expanding with a new venue in Singapore and seeks a Senior Service Crew member to act as a floor anchor. You will own your section, guide junior crew, and be the first escalation point before a supervisor steps in. This role marks a step up from standard service crew responsibilities.

You will lead by example, ensure smooth service, and uphold the team culture as the venue opens and grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of F&B or service experience with exposure to a senior/section lead role.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work confidently on your feet throughout a full shift.
• Ownership of your section and initiative in duties.
• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a designated section of the floor across service.
• Guide and support junior service crew within your section.
• Run food and drinks orders accurately and promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve minor service issues before escalating.
• Ensure your section is clean, reset, and guest-ready at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and side work.
• Act as a reliable point of communication between the floor and the kitchen or bar.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Service Crew member to be a floor anchor at our new venue. You'll own a section of the dining room, guide junior crew, and be the first point of escalation before a supervisor steps in. This is a step up from standard service crew — you're not just running food, you're running your section.

What You'll Be Doing

Who You Are

• 1 to 3 years of F&B or service experience with some exposure to a senior or section lead role
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work confidently on your feet throughout a full shift
• You take ownership of your section and don't wait to be told what needs doing
• Good communicator with guests and team members alike
• Calm under pressure and consistent in your standard regardless of how busy the floor gets
• Willing to guide junior crew and contribute positively to team culture
