Job summary

TOPSCIENCE (S) PTE LTD is expanding its trading business in semiconductor products and seeks a Sales / Senior Sales Executive to drive business development, nurture client relationships, and hit sales targets in Singapore.

You will identify potential customers in the semiconductor industry, articulate technical concepts clearly, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for backend assembly processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Semiconductor Products.
• Existing network and relationships with semiconductor clients and industry professionals.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to customers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with proactive problem-solving and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand market presence and meet targets.
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the semiconductor industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position our products.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to internal teams for product development.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Stay updated with industry advancements, especially backend assembly processes.
