search personnel private limited is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Semiconductor & Specialty Chemicals sector in Singapore. The role focuses on growing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering technical chemical and surface-finishing solutions.

You will understand client processes, provide on-site support, drive trials and coordinate with international partners across Southeast Asia, aiming for sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial or specialty chemicals or surface finishing.
• Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline.
• Strong technical problem-solving and customer solution skills.
• Experience in electroplating, precision engineering or semiconductor is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Develop key accounts and new business opportunities in Singapore and regional markets.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable chemical and surface-finishing solutions.
• Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting and onsite support.
• Drive product trials, qualifications and new product introductions.
• Build relationships with customers and international technology partners across Southeast Asia.
• Develop account strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.
