TOPSCIENCE (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Sales or Senior Executive with a semiconductor background to drive business development and manage relationships with OSAT and semiconductor clients. You will develop sales strategies, identify prospects, negotiate contracts, and communicate technical concepts clearly to customers, leveraging backend assembly expertise and industry networks.

Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering is required; experience in semiconductors and OSAT is preferred.

Competenze

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSAT and backend assembly processes is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand OSAT and semiconductor product sales.
