KEI & WAH ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Sales Strategy & Business Development professional to drive growth in semiconductor markets. You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new markets, and build key customer accounts.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, analyze market trends, and support budgeting and reporting. Travel to international customers will be required to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Marketing with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in semiconductor sales/marketing, backend assembly and test.
• Experience in Package Final Test, Assembly Tool, and/or Aerospace (MRO)-related sales.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and solutioning skills with market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; travel readiness.
