TOPSCIENCE (S) PTE LTD is a trading company specializing in OSAT and Semiconductor Products, seeking a Sales or Senior Executive with a background in the semiconductor industry. The role focuses on driving business development, establishing relationships with semiconductor clients, and achieving sales targets in Singapore.

You will develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, identify prospective accounts, and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability while understanding backend assembly

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSAT and backend assembly processes is a plus.
• Existing network with semiconductor clients is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a sales strategy and BD plan for OSAT and semiconductor products.
• Identify and prospect potential semiconductor clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs, market trends, and competition to position products.
• Conduct market research and provide insights for product development.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients.
