Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Professional Services Consultant for Application Security and Performance to deliver post-sales solutions. You will be responsible for technical execution, guiding customers on best practices and ensuring value from Cloudflare products.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, deep security product knowledge, scripting ability, and Terraform/IaC experience. Travel around 30% and regular coordination with engineering teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• Expertise in security technologies (DDoS, WAF, TLS)
• Experience with scripting languages (Python/JavaScript/Bash)
• Familiarity with Terraform and IaC practices

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver timely services for customers and show value in Cloudflare products.
• Gather requirements and build solutions including design, diagrams, and migration plans.
• Implement customer changes in Cloudflare environments following change management processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate with Support, Engineering and other teams as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and operational templates and scripts.
