Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for Application Security and Performance to work in the post-sales landscape. You will deliver solutions, guiding customers to maximize value from Cloudflare products while traveling up to 30% and coordinating with customer teams.

Based in Singapore or Sydney, you’ll design, migrate, and implement secure, scalable configurations, including DDoS protection, WAF, API Gateway, and related services, using Terraform and scripting for automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer facing role (e.g., Engineer, Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar).
• Knowledge of OSI layers and common Internet security tech (DDoS, WAF, DNS, CDN).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python/JavaScript/Bash) and IaC tools like Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver timely, organized services for customers and show value in Cloudflare products.
• Gather requirements and build migration, design, and deployment artifacts for customers.
• Implement changes in Cloudflare environments following customer change management processes.
