Job summary

Cloudflare Singapore seeks a customer-facing solutions engineer to lead technical discovery with account executives, build bespoke architectures, and deliver demonstrations and PoCs across security and networking. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders from onboarding through renewal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, business value translation, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Singaporean or PR highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin to support Chinese-speaking customers.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem (Workers AI and AI Gateway) preferred.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery.
• Build bespoke architectures.
• Deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concepts across Security, Networking, Zero Trust, and Developer Platforms.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through maturity, renewal, and expansion.
• Own long-term technical relationships and align customer business goals with Cloudflare's product roadmap.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and/or account growth.
• Drive platform adoption, retain revenue, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using product usage data.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews for C-level executives.
• Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP and security questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, business value translation, and enterprise sales cycles
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Singaporean or PR is highly preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin to support Chinese-speaking customers
