Job summary

IDC is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – SEA Tech Vendor to drive quota across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and other SEA markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, manage a full sales cycle, and own a robust pipeline to hit ambitious revenue targets.

This role requires a strategic hunter with 8–10 years in IT or market research sales, excellent English, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

BA/BS level degree or equivalent.
English language essential; other languages desirable.
Strong presentation, writing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills for senior executives.
Self-starter with good organization and time management; fast-paced target-driven.
8–10 years or more experience in an IT or market research sales organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work across IDC units and Asia Pacific.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Drive quota achievement by identifying prospects and closing deals.
Lead end-to-end sales processes, winning new logos and renewing enterprise accounts.
Manage existing accounts to ensure renewal and growth.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to drive sales.
Maintain a monthly and quarterly forecast.
Own pipeline across SEA markets to meet revenue targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Identify and lead campaigns to grow pipeline.
