Qualifications

5+ years of Scrum Master experience in software or technology teams.
Active certification (PSM II, CSM, or SAFe).
Advanced expertise in Jira, Confluence, and SDLC practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate & Coach: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives; coach squads and Product Owners on Agile best practices.
Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and eliminate technical, operational, and cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery flow.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with Product Managers and executive stakeholders to manage release expectations, scope, and risks.
Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burndown) to drive continuous team improvement.
