Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to drive Agile adoption and delivery across multiple squads in Singapore. The role focuses on facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and removing impediments to improve velocity and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record managing cross-functional teams and external vendors, with 10+ years in IT and 5+ years as a Scrum Master, plus CSM certification.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and external vendors while driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and execution of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks impacting team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning and improvement.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owner, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and Vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure successful execution.
