Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd seeks an experienced Scrum Master for its Private Banking domain in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering Digital Channel projects such as RM Portal, Client Portal, and CRM solutions through strong Agile leadership.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and guide cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

12-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in the private banking domain.
Experience delivering Digital Channel projects such as RM Portal, Client Portal and Client Relationship Management solutions.
Certified Scrum Master or SAFe/PMI-ACP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful delivery of Digital Channel projects.
Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring team collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in the private banking domain.
Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement for the Agile team.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and tailor frameworks to project requirements.
Track, measure, and report on team performance using Agile metrics.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Provide mentorship on Agile practices and foster a learning culture.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in private banking.
Support adoption of digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
