Responsibilities

• Facilitate & Coach: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives; coach squads and Product Owners on Agile best practices.
• Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and eliminate technical, operational, and cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery flow.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Product Managers and executive stakeholders to manage release expectations, scope, and risks.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burndown) to drive continuous team improvement.
