Qualifications

• Experience leading 8+ years in project management across business and technology
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex initiatives
• Strong planning, governance, risk management and delivery capabilities
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on vendor management and delivery oversight experience
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Hybrid approaches
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Identify delays, risks, dependencies, and issues and drive recovery actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
• Manage project governance meetings, reviews, actions, and decisions.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders, senior management, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Provide regular updates covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget.
