Qualifications
- 5 years of software development experience with 2+ years in a Scrum Lead or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
- Comfortable working with statistics.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and proactive, self-driven attitude.
- Advanced communication and storytelling skills.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Technical proficiency in ReactJS and .NET Core, with hands-on code review and DevOps tooling.
- CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Agile Methodology: Lead and mentor an agile pod of developers and testers, ensuring adherence to agile principles.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the pod and stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
- Code Review: Perform thorough code reviews to uphold quality and best practices.
- DevOps Integration: Implement and manage DevOps practices within the team and toolchain.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance leveraging ReactJS and .NET Core knowledge.
