Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business analysis, solution design, and implementation of enterprise Learning Management Systems. You will lead workshops, define future-state processes, and collaborate with HR and training teams to optimize learning administration, data quality, and reporting.

You will ensure governance, compliance, and successful delivery across LMS projects, including integration with HR and workforce systems, with a focus on improving workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Business or related field
• 8–10 years experience supporting enterprise LMS and HR applications
• Experience leading system implementation and enhancement projects

Responsibilities

• Lead functional leadership for Learning Management Systems and LMS projects
• Run stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processes
• Oversee curricula management, certification tracking, reporting, and data quality
