Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a Senior Administrator for Learning Management System to manage SAP SuccessFactors Learning end to end and ensure accurate training records across global teams.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Compliance, and business leaders to configure items, manage enrollments, create SCORM content, and strengthen governance and reporting for compliance and executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning with end-to-end ownership beyond learner-level use.
• Experience creating and maintaining LMS items, classes, curricula, assignment profiles, completion records, and reports.
• Experience creating/publishing SCORM content and testing it in an LMS (SCORM 1.2/2004).
• Plan and perform UAT, write test cases or scenarios, log defects, validate fixes, distinguish test environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning end to end, including items, classes, curricula, assignments, users, roles, and reports.
• Manage global learning launches by configuring assignments and enrollments; track attendance and completion.
• Create, publish, test, and troubleshoot SCORM-based eLearning using tools like Articulate or iSpring.
• Investigate LMS issues by reproducing, reviewing configurations, analyzing history, and implementing fixes.
• Develop, reconcile, and validate learning reports for compliance, ISO, safety, audits, and executives.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing for SuccessFactors releases and learner workflows.
