Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to support planning, design, and delivery of system/data products. You will work with BA leads to define analysis approaches, develop governance deliverables, and prepare stakeholder communications.

You will liaise with stakeholders to capture requirements, support business cases, analyze feasibility, and prepare specifications and proposals. You will coordinate testing and training to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BA leads in planning the business analysis approach by defining methods, techniques and tools to be used for business analysis
• Prepare governance deliverables to track status, risks, changes and issues in day-to-day management of all functional areas of system/data product analysis
• Contribute to the preparation of the stakeholder communication plan
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to identify system/data products requirements
• Provide analysis to support the development of business cases
• Support user requirement analysis through information collection
• Support analysis of business requirements and feasibility studies of possible solutions
• Prepare requirements specifications and solution proposals
• Contribute to identification of a range of solution options
• Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and implementation
• Function as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle
• Contribute to identification of solution change risks
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systems
• Facilitate System Integration Testing by coordinating development teams of various integrations
• Work with stakeholders on user acceptance testing
• Validate test results aligning with requirements and desired outcomes
• Support development of test cases and test data
• Carry out testing including SIT, UAT, pre-go live and post go live testing to ensure IT solution aligns with requirements
• Assist in the assessment of solution options for suitability
• Contribute to formulation of solution recommendation
• Evaluate the ability of an existing system/data products to support proposed changes
