Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Senior Manager / SuccessFactors Solutions Architect to lead the enterprise SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, providing architectural oversight and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards across HR digital transformation programs.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, partner with business leaders and executive sponsors, and drive platform modernization, innovation, and integration across HR and related enterprise systems.

Qualifications

10–15 years in enterprise HR tech solutions or HRIS.
≥5 years in leadership or enterprise architecture roles.
Proven success leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise HR technology architecture roadmap.
Lead design discussions for large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
Oversee integration architecture across SAP SF and related systems.
Provide delivery leadership across multiple projects and vendors.
