Job summary

PROJECT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to support a large-scale global ERP transformation programme.

The successful candidate will lead the end-user training workstream, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams and the implementation partner to ensure users across multiple countries are prepared for the new ERP solution. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the training workstream for a large-scale ERP implementation or transformation.
• Strong preference for experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting regional or global ERP rollouts involving multiple business units and countries.
• Strong knowledge of ERP training methodologies including Training Needs Analysis, curriculum development, Train-the-Trainer and end-user training.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and user adoption would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the ERP training strategy, plan and delivery across the transformation programme.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify training requirements across different business functions, user groups and countries.
• Develop the training curriculum, delivery approach, training schedule and rollout plan aligned with programme milestones.
• Coordinate with functional SMEs and the implementation partner to develop and review training materials, user guides, e-learning content and quick reference guides.
• Establish and manage Train-the-Trainer (TTT), Super User and/or Change Champion programmes.
• Coordinate end-user training across multiple business units and geographical locations.
• Engage business stakeholders to ensure participation, training completion and overall user readiness ahead of go-live.
• Track training effectiveness, attendance, completion and feedback, identifying gaps and driving remediation where required.
• Provide training readiness reporting and elevate risks/issues to programme leadership.
• Support post-go-live learning, user adoption and knowledge transfer activities.
