Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Singapore seeks a hands-on SAP Business Analyst to lead the SAP landscape, collaborating with finance, supply chain, sales operations and customer service to turn business needs into SAP requirements, process designs and change requests.

You will run requirement workshops, map end-to-end SAP processes, produce functional specs, support testing and drive adoption, serving as a key liaison between business users and IT for SAP activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP ERP experience in a functional or process analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of SD, MM, FI or WM modules.
• Experience delivering SAP projects end-to-end including testing and cutover.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integrations with EDI, warehouse, or reporting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for SAP process and system questions, building relationships that encourage early problem reporting.
• Run requirement workshops, process walkthroughs and interviews to understand how work is performed.
• Lead the BA workstream on SAP projects from scoping to post-go-live support.
• Provide second-line functional support and governance for SAP incidents and changes.
