Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business analysis, solution design, and implementation of enterprise Learning Management Systems. You will lead workshops, define future-state processes, and collaborate with HR and training teams to optimize learning administration, data quality, and reporting.

You will ensure governance, compliance, and successful delivery across LMS projects, including integration with HR and workforce systems, with a focus on improving workforce

Job description

The Senior Business Analyst / Senior Lead is responsible for leading the business analysis, solution design, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of enterprise Learning and Training Systems. The incumbent serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and drives digital learning transformation initiatives that improve workforce capability development, certification management, and employee learning experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Functional Leadership

• Serve as the lead functional consultant and subject matter expert for Learning Management Systems
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements and define future-state processes
• Analyze training operations, certification management, compliance tracking, and learning workflows
• Develop business cases and solution recommendations for learning transformation initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives

Learning Systems Management

• Lead implementation and support of LMS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors Learning or equivalent solutions
• Support curricula management, learning assignments, certification tracking, and reporting
• Partner with training and HR teams to optimize learning administration processes
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements are met
• Support integration with HR, talent, and workforce systems

Project & Vendor Management

• Lead enhancement projects, upgrades, and implementation initiatives
• Manage vendors and service providers responsible for LMS delivery and support
• Monitor project delivery, risks, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics
• Drive release management and deployment activities

Quality Assurance & Governance

• Lead SIT, UAT, and production verification activities
• Establish governance for learning data, compliance reporting, and audit requirements
• Support issue resolution and service improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience supporting enterprise Learning Management Systems and HR applications
• Experience leading system implementation and enhancement projects

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning or equivalent LMS platforms
• Understanding of workforce learning, compliance, certification, and training administration processes
• Experience with HR system integrations and reporting solutions
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification or equivalent Learning Management System certification
• Experience supporting healthcare, government, or large enterprise environments is advantageous
• Experience with digital learning, e-learning platforms, and learning analytics
