Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions including data models, security models, workflows, and integrations.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP for master and transactional data synchronization.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce projects across Foundation, Build, UT, Testing, Data migration and Go-live.
Bridge onshore and offshore teams with clear communication and status updates.
Define scope, timelines and deliverables with stakeholders; track progress and risks.
