Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead end-to-end Salesforce design and delivery for diverse Singapore-based clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures and drive architecture decisions.

You will also run requirements workshops, shape integration patterns, and guide best practices while supporting the full project lifecycle and presales activities with proposals and effort estimates.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, OmniStudio, APIs, integrations, middleware, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Industry Clouds.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience producing functional and technical solution documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including standard vs. customized solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle from solutioning and documentation through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals and effort estimations.
