Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Salesforce-focused Delivery Lead to drive functional ownership across the full project lifecycle. You will translate business requirements into functional designs, guide developers, and mentor junior consultants to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will facilitate workshops with business users, produce clear artefacts, and align technical outcomes with business goals while upholding governance and best practices within Capgemini.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Salesforce project experience with functional leadership.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, solution design and stakeholder facilitation.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and when to apply standard features vs. customization.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools and database modelling.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead functional workstreams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead across all project lifecycle phases from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Own functional deliverables and ensure alignment with business intent and system implementation.
• Track delivery progress with technical leads to meet milestones.
• Identify risks early and propose practical mitigations.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to understand end-to-end processes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, business rules, and specs.
• Provide functional guidance to developers and ensure scalable designs.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure governance and standards are followed.
• Support testing, SIT/UAT, and deployment readiness from a functional perspective.
