You will bridge onshore stakeholders and offshore teams, define scope and timelines, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure quality through robust documentation and governance. The role demands strong leadership and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Clouds and architecture.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP systems.
• Proven ability to mentor offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce project phases from Foundation to Go-live.
• Bridge onshore and offshore teams; ensure clear communication.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables with stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation, design, and deployment plans.
• Manage offshore team performance and risk mitigation.
• Lead testing strategy and validation across SIT/UAT.
