Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant in Singapore to drive the functional design and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technical architects, and development teams to ensure implementations align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications

6-10+ years of IT consulting experience.
5-8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design.
Configure and develop solutions within PSS with hands-on expertise.
Lead functional consultants and mentor junior team members.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization.
Support system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure solution quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates.
Drive user adoption through training and change management activities.
Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
