Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Principal / Senior Engineer, Citizen Systems (Salesforce) to help build the next generation EFMS using Salesforce CRM SaaS, serving citizen feedback for LTA services and assets.

You will design, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions, develop Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, collaborate with stakeholders, and align technical work with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience building Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, flows, validation rules and automation.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to EFMS development and feedback resolution processes using AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Draft user stories and support communication between business and technical teams.
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions (objects, flows, triggers, Lightning pages).
• Integrate Salesforce with internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Work with vendors to implement solutions.
