Qualifications

Design and implement custom applications and integrations on ServiceNow platform (CSM/EFMS).
Implement 3rd party API integrations with ServiceNow.
Data migration experience with CRM or related systems.

Responsibilities

Develop EFMS using ServiceNow CSM SaaS for citizen feedback management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.
Draft clear user stories to bridge business and tech teams.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (CSM) to optimize feedback management.
