Job summary

You will work in an agile environment with cross‑functional teams, contribute to quality releases, and pursue Salesforce certifications to deepen Education Cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience supporting production systems
• Strong experience with core Salesforce platforms (e.g. Service Cloud), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and APIs
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Education Cloud, using core platform capabilities such as Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration
• Extend Salesforce through Apex, triggers, flows, workflows, approval processes, and custom UI components to meet business needs
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other government or third‑party systems using Salesforce APIs and integration tools
• Work with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well‑designed, production‑ready Salesforce solutions
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to stable, secure, high‑availability releases
• Apply Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and maintainability, and continuously improve platform quality and engineering practices
