2+ years in commercial support, sales support or customer service within freight forwarding, shipping or logistics.
Familiarity with tender management and commercial documentation processes.
Proficient in MS Office and data analysis for reporting.

Responsibilities

Tender & Bid Management: Prepare quotations, proposals, customer presentations, and RFQ/RFP submissions; track quotation validity.
Vendor & Rate Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and subcontractors to gather rates and service details.
Client Onboarding & Account Management: Support onboarding and post-win transitions; resolve service enquiries.
Reporting & Pipeline Analysis: Consolidate weekly sales updates and track monthly performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to align with governance.
