Cycle & Carriage is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day sales operations and collaborate closely with the retail sales team on leads, showroom activities and key accounts.

The role involves coordinating with principals, customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations, assisting in stock management and driving digital improvements in sales processes while contributing to overall sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Key Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day sales operations.
• Support the retail sales team with leads, showroom operations, and key accounts.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on challenges.
• Communicate with principals, customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure smooth showroom operations and assist in pricing/product strategies.
• Build customer databases and collaborate with Marketing for promotions.
• Assist in stock inventory management to hit sales targets and market share.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors on vehicle status movements.
• Digitize sales processes and identify process improvements.
