Qualifications

• Degree holder with 6+ years retail experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Strong understanding of local retail landscape and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business performance through engaging customer experiences and effective merchandising.
• Manage costs and operational efficiency with stock management and cost controls.
• Lead growth and development by coaching Area and Store Managers.
