Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Singapore is hiring a Sales Operations Senior Executive to handle day-to-day sales operations, support the showroom and retail sales teams on leads and accounts, and ensure smooth operations with customers, principals and vendors.

The role emphasizes formulating pricing and product strategies, building customer databases, driving promotions with Marketing, and digitalising sales processes while maintaining high integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Key Account Management.
• Degree in any discipline is required.
• Customer-centric, digital-first mindset with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day to day sales operations.
• Assist to manage and work closely with the retail sales team on sales leads, showroom operations, key account management, motivate and heighten sales achievement.
• Providing regular updates and feedback to the Head of Sales on any sales-related challenges.
• Communicating with principal, customers and vendors ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure smooth showroom operations.
• Partake in formulating appropriate pricing and product strategies, build up the customers' database, see opportunity for un-targeted segments and collaborate with Marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in managing stock inventory holding with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels while gaining the market share within given resources.
• Coordinate with various departments and external vendors on vehicle status movements.
• Digitalize sales processes and identify area of improvement on sales processes
