• Achieve growth and meet monthly retail sales targets through effective channel management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and market presence.
• Conduct training sessions for dealers’ sales teams on retail processes and customer management.
• Analyze dealer network strengths and weaknesses to assign tasks to sales and marketing teams.
• Oversee sales tracking and administrative tasks for individuals and the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Operations, and HR to ensure task completion.
• Prepare monthly sales and collection reports and yearly budget plans.
• Monitor market shifts and competitors’ activities; participate in strategic planning.
• Work with the sales team to achieve assigned objectives.
