Job summary

G3 (SG) PTE. LTD. operates a premium retail environment. The Supervisor leads day‑to‑day sales floor execution, delivering an elevated customer experience while supporting sales performance and store standards. The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

Working closely with the Assistant Store Leader and Store Leader, the Supervisor guides floor deployment, coaching, product knowledge, stock and daily operations to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior sales role.
• Experience in fashion, premium retail or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and selling skills with a passion for elevating the customer experience.
• Confident in leading and guiding a team on the sales floor, including floor deployment and daily task allocation.
• Good product knowledge with the ability to provide fitting and styling recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in engaging customers and delivering a personalised, welcoming shopping experience.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales and productivity targets.
• Coach team members on customer engagement, selling behaviours and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, fit and styling recommendations.
• Monitor customer traffic and ensure prompt attention; escalate complex issues to management.
