Job summary

FN SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the day-to-day sales team activities, coordinate with store, GM and production, and align customer needs with product offerings. You will drive activations, prepare reports, and ensure accurate records while controlling marketing spend and enhancing brand visibility.

The role requires a business-focused candidate with strong communication, leadership, and selling skills, able to operate within opening hours and regular store schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related course with emphasis on marketing.
• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and retain a strong team.
• Strong selling skills and customer relationship focus.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, train, enumerate, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist line managers to ensure adequate client communication and maintain contacts with clients.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and plans to build brand visibility.
• Serve as a reference for employees on work ethic and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain records of prospects, leads, pricing, and active clients.
• Control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Attend trade shows and represent the organization.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek improvements.
• Identify market trends affecting performance and opportunities.
• Ensure items are displayed correctly in malls, supermarkets and points of sale.
