• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction to meet Mystery Shopper expectations.
• Drive and promote the membership program.
• Support Junior and Senior Retail Associates in effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Oversee store activities in accordance with Operational Procedures and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to Health and Safety standards.
• Conduct alterations as necessary.
• Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performance team.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and team training.
• Provide constructive feedback while identifying development areas for team members.
