Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales toward KPIs.
• Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary (For Supervisory role).
• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop thorough knowledge of products in store and keep merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
• Able to commit for weekend and public holidays in Singapore.
