Job summary

Guotai Junan Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive growth in the global futures market.

You will develop strategic plans, nurture relationships with hedge funds, trading houses, and other clients, and tailor solutions to client needs. The role requires deep knowledge of both Chinese and global financial markets, strong English and Chinese communication, and a proven record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in Futures Brokerage or similar role.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (Hedge Fund, Commodities Trading Company, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Futures Brokerage or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of both Chinese and global financial markets.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• CMFAS Modules M1a, M2a, M6, M6a Certifications are required.
