Job summary

UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-focused backroom operations associate to support the dealing team and ensure accurate trade processing. You will enter client orders promptly, process trade instructions, manage emails, calls, WhatsApp and WeChat messages, and update client accounts for timely settlements.

You will also communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain meticulous records for audits, and ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• CMFAS papers completed for regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office to prepare reports and manage data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions and records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Interest in financial markets and investment products.
• Prior stockbroking backroom experience is advantageous.
