Job summary

Talent Titans invites a Senior Sales Engineer (Marine MRO) to manage existing clients and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and abroad. The role focuses on engines overhaul services, fuel injectors, and related reconditioning work, with emphasis on strategic sales execution.

You will work closely with operations to ensure timely deliveries, provide market intelligence to leadership, and offer training and guidance to the sales team to maximise revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine engine maintenance or marine services sales.
• Ability to identify and develop sales strategies for local and overseas markets.
• Proven ability to manage existing clients and grow new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing clients while identifying new accounts in Singapore and overseas.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to capture opportunities in the local and international markets.
• Ensure smooth order processing and act as main contact point for clients.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery and workshop solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to management and mentor the sales team.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Dealing with governor, Engine overhaul services, Fuel injector and barrel & plunger reconditionwork.
• Take care of existing clients and exploit new clients for the company.
• To identifying and developing sales & marketing strategies to exhaust opportunities in the local
• market as well as to exploit overseas markets.
• To ensure the order process are in place and be a contact point to clients.
• To work with operation department to ensure workshop to provide solutions and smooth in delivery
• schedule on time.
• Provide market intelligent information to the management.
• Provide training and guidance for sales department.
