Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closing, including quotation and order processing. You will meet customers to understand project requirements and present solutions.

You will provide technical sales support, present to M&E consultants, maintain key accounts, pursue new business, and work with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Preferably 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience within the construction, fire alarm, fire protection or related industry is preferred.
• Comfortable handling both existing accounts and developing new customers.
• Able to understand and communicate technical information to customers and consultants.
• Good communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement through quotation, sales order processing and closing.
• Meet customers to understand their project and technical requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations according to customer requirements.
• Process sales orders and coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Provide technical sales support to customers when required.
• Conduct technical presentations and product/solution presentations to M&E consultants.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new accounts.
• Follow up on potential projects, enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Work towards the company's overall sales targets and marketing plans.
• Coordinate with internal technical/project teams where necessary to support customer requirements.
• Ensure prompt follow-up and collection of outstanding debts/payments from customers.
