Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales professional in Singapore to drive revenue through new business and expansion with existing customers.

You will identify client needs, present solutions, and coordinate delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and target achievement. The role requires a background in Electrical/Mechatronic engineering and proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, with own transport and a Class 3 license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in technical sales / pre-sales / sales engineering.
• Exposure to motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, generators or busbars is an added advantage.
• Experience with consultants / EPC (preferred).
• Possess own transport and Class 3 driving license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active, highly motivated and driven personality.

Responsibilities

• Sell products/services to meet sales targets and ensure sustainable order growth.
• Grow business with existing customers by identifying current and future service requirements and offering solutions.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities / market potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Contribute to team efforts and be accountable for sales growth objectives.
• Provide regular status updates and recovery plans for shortfalls.
• Hunter mindset: prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Acquire new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Active prospecting and presentations to potential clients.
• Coordinate delivery and account for sales targets, with timely collections.
• Correspond with suppliers and customers to ensure prompt delivery.
