MC-BAUCHEMIE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in the construction and engineering sectors in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, build key account relationships, and deliver technical demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.

You will develop strategic sales plans, manage projects through completion, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in construction or engineering industries
• Engineering degree or diploma required; Civil or Chemical Engineering is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive and self-driven mindset
• Valid Class 3 driving license (preferably owned vehicle)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client prospecting and competitive analysis
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business success
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and industry stakeholders
• Conduct client training sessions and workshops to support product application and knowledge
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, proposals, quotations and tender documents
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules and customer satisfaction through the sales cycle
• Track and follow up on payment status and ensure timely collections
• Analyze customer needs and recommend product solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements
