Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a sales & project management professional to drive building products projects from inquiry to delivery. You will prepare proposals, pursue tenders, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and factories to ensure seamless execution.

With 2–3 years' relevant experience and a diploma, you will build relationships, grow revenue, and develop long-term service contracts while traveling locally if required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural and/or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of sales and project management experience in building products, including supply and installation.
• Experience in rolling shutters/industrial doors/metal doors/architectural works is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Singapore driving license and own a car, or be willing to use company-provided transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for enquiries.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and foster relationships with customers.
• Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender submissions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, main contractors, and factories for project execution.
• Develop industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools.
• Identify new business avenues and long-term service contracts.
